My name is Keona Smith and I am the CEO and founder of Kreations by Keona! I am currently a junior at Purdue University, studying Hospitality & Tourism Management with a certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

My baking journey started from the moment I could stand in the kitchen. Growing up, I loved to help my mom cook meals, but I quickly discovered my passion for baking sweets. My mom was a home-ec teacher and taught me all the basics about the kitchen. Without her, I would not be the baker I am today.

Through the years, my baking became more and more serious. I found myself making sweet treats for all my friends and family for a variety of events. This lead to the start of my business. I started my business journey at the age of 16 by selling decorated cookies to family friends and word spread very quickly around my town.
